As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire week. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. My city view room was really clean, and I loved the thorough job housekeeping did. Breakfast was fresh with great pastries, and the location is perfect for exploring local shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend! 😊

The view from the lake-side room was truly
breathtaking. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Miss Paulina. The breakfast was good, but lacking variety. A major downside was the noise from nearby parties at night, which disturbed our sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The view of the lake from my room was simply stunning! 😍 The staff, especially Juan Pablo, were a great help but breakfast and internet need improvement. Expect a dated vibe for the price.

The location is excellent, just a block away from downtown yet still quiet, making it easy to explore local attractions. I appreciated the stunning views of the lake from my room and found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. However, the breakfast could use more protein options, and the wi-fi connection was inconsistent during my stay. The room could feel a bit cramped for those needing more space. I'd recommend it for a simple getaway.

attractive and comfortable rooms, exceptional lake views, neat and clean facilities
Check-in process took an excruciating 45 minutes, and the internet connection was utterly unreliable!!! The hotel feels outdated and in desperate need of modern upgrades, especially given the price point. Rules on food in the room are unnecessarily strict!!!

Solo traveler excellent choice
Staff was really helpful,, they went out of their way to provide information about local tours and even warmed up dinner for me one night when I was in a bind. Waking up to that stunning lake view every morning just set the tone for my day. it was breathtaking.
I mean,, it wasn't cheap, but for what you get,, it seemed acceptable.

The Double or Twin Room with Lake View was super cozy and clean. The bedding was really comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The view of the lake was breathtaking! However, the room was a bit small, which might be a downside if you need more space. But honestly, the stunning view made up for it. Perfect for a couple getaway!

It was just a fine choice for a quick stopover in San Carlos de Bariloche with real value for money. I enjoyed the spectacular views from my room over the lake each morning. Bring your own snacks if you don't want to worry about the rules about food in the room.
