Excelled location for town and walking in the countryside. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. Lovely views from front bedrooms and breakfast room to the lake
The location is great! 2 minutes walk from the city center. The staff are very friendly and speak english breakfast is divers and much better then most of the hotels i'v been in at argentina. Good value for money.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, organizing a "circuito chico" tour for 3 families who wanted to explore the area on January 1, a holiday on which almost everything is closed. Also, the rooms were very comfortable, the view of the lake was beautiful, and the breakfast room was really nice.
The only real drawback was that there was a lot of partying and noise in the mornings - -- I think a neighboring disco/ bar was getting out at 5 am!
Good location nesr the center.great people runing the hotelJ.
The room was small
The view over the lake was great, location was close to centre of town the owner spoke English and was extremely helpful.
The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming
This hotel is very well located in the center of Bariloche. The hotel staff is very good.
Great Location, In city center.Stuff help in every question you have.
Wall of the room are thick you hear when people talk, watching tv, or sower.
Location is great, right near town center, restaurants and shops. Excellent view of the lake.
Rooms are very small and cramped, though comfortable and still good value.
Staff was very friendly, they arrange even the excursions for us.
The staff were very friendly and at no point did we have any trouble with our requests such as them making dinner reservations at another hotel, wine glasses for our room or travel information. If you're looking for a central location then this is very closely situated to the main town centre with lots of restaurants as well as the tourist office.
Bear in mind this is a budget hotel and is basic and a little worn. We asked for a lake view room and got a lake view as well as the gravel path in the forecourt. The walls are thin and we got perfect audio of our neigbour's crying baby and toilet flushing. Talking of which our toilet had a habit of continuously running water after flushing until we were shown how to push the flush lever in forceably to stop it. The batteries in the safe had expired (something that only transpired after several attempts at operating the safe). But in fairness this is a low end hotel and we chose it because of the price - I can't fault the staff, all of who were very nice and friendly. If you're after a more scenic location with genuine views of the lake chose a hotel on Burstella Rd - there are loads and they look truly hevenly - but away from the town centre.
Hotel Tirol is located in city centre and has a nice view of the lake. The staff is really friendly/helpfull. Could store our luggage a couple days later after we checked out and help us out by arranging laundry service. Thumbs up...!
The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is very close to everything a family could wish for - museums, chocolate stores and lots of good restaurants. The service was excellent. Thanks to the advice of Cristina, we discovered the Museo de Lago Gutierrez, a paradise for rock collectors and anyone with an interest in dinosaurs.
